With a high output 350cc displacement and long-stroke design, the BF15 and BF20 are top performers, providing optimum torque at any speed. Programmed Ignition (PGM-IG) also accurately controls ignition timing during start-up and across the entire rev range for optimum overall operation. A 12amp (electric start) alternator also ensures excellent charging power to keep batteries in top condition. Thanks to their incredible lightweight, the engines are also very easy to transport. Honda's BF60, the new generation 'Wedge Shape' design. Lightest in class, best performance in class, and quietest in class. Weighing just 110kg, the completely new designed water cooled 998cc 3 cylinder SOHC 12 valve engine incorporates electronic fuel injection and Honda’s revolutionary Boosted Low Speed Torque (BLAST) for rapid acceleration. In a Honda test in Australia on 2 different boat designs, acceleration to 20 knots was 10% quicker than the 60hp outboards from our 2 major competitors on the same boat. It features ECOmo lean burn control for exceptional fuel economy at cruise. Fuel consumption tests showed less than 7 litres per hour used at cruising revs, again up to 25% less fuel than competitors. As well as all this, it's fitted with NMEA 2000 which allows you to view all your engine and fuel data on a GPS screen.

The brand new 115hp incorporates a range of Honda exclusive technologies to deliver the incredible power and superior fuel efficiency. Fuel consumption has been reduced by a massive 20% by adopting Honda’s lean burn control system. Known as ECOmo (Economy controlled motor) the system is activated when the engine is mid range cruising and the throttle is steady. The 1st engine that was installed achieved an amazing 3km per litre at cruise. As well as cheap boating, this means a lot less fuel and weight to carry around each trip, or a far greater range on a tank. The all new 115 actually produces 121hp. It features BLAST (Boosted low speed torque) and is NMEA compatible, meaning all engine data including speed, fuel consumption, cruising distance etc can be displayed on the GPS screen.
