    Back in 1962 our very first street scrambler, the CL72, made its debut. We figured it was time for a new breed to roll out, made for the streets of today. Retro Scrambler styling with all the modern safety features. Our scrambler style starts with the 12L retro fuel tank with pads, blacked out engine and frame, rubber gaiters and, in true CL tradition, a twin pipe exhaust muffler, with a distinctive stainless heat shield. Producing a healthy 43.4Nm torque, the LAMS approved twin-cylinder engine has been tuned for crisp response and smooth acceleration. The CL500 drips with style and detail that only comes with long history, and begs to be ridden, customised and enjoyed. Whether your ride takes you on the main road or the back roads, ride your way.

Throttle By Wire (TBW) precision equals 3 default riding modes: Sport, Standard and Rain, as well as a customisable User mode to fine-tune (through 3 levels) Honda Selectable Torque Control (HSTC) and Wheelie Control. You can also individually adjust Engine Power and Engine Braking. It’s easy too – the 5-inch full colour TFT display offers a beautiful, intuitive interface. It feels and sounds great too, with rock-solid low-end pulse and thrilling exhaust note. An engine this potent packaged in such a lightweight chassis means there’s only one thing you have to do. Hold on and enjoy. Designed around a new steel diamond frame the CB750 Hornet has a seat height of 795mm, so it’s a joy to manage. And, with a naturally upright riding position and 190kg kerb weight, it steers fast with precise control and feedback from 41mm Showa SFF-BP™ USD forks and Pro-Link rear shock.
