With a stunning mix of old school waxed cotton style and a sportier, modern look, the Elmhurst is Merlin’s most technical waxed cotton item. Using the same high performance Outlast thermal regulating liner technology (removable) as the Hamstall, the Elmhurst has a revised design and fit, improved waterproof and breathable lining (Reissa Active) and improvements in the collar, cuff and chest. Elmhurst has a tailored fit that looks great off the bike but also allows better movement during riding thanks to the expanding rear shoulder panels.

Constructed from the new Cotec technical wax fabric, the Edale is a classic styled, fully-featured longer length jacket, packed with modern comfort and protection. Comes fitted with a Reissa Active waterproof and breathable membrane and a removable Outlast thermal liner to help regulate body temperature. D3O elbow and shoulder armour is included as standard, with a pocket for an optional back protector (sold separately). The Barton is Merlin’s shorter length modern-retro Halley Stevensons waxed cotton jacket with some great technological features. Comes with a Reissa waterproof and breathable membrane, drop liners, Marton Mills tartan liner detail and a zip out thermal lining. A lovely jacket with functionality that is as good as it's looks. Available in brown or black. Replacing the Sandon, the Barton has changes to the fit in the arms and hem, revised collar, bicep, hem and cuff fastening system, revised pockets and additional venting to the back, making this jacket more refined and luxurious.

Alton sits alongside the Hixon, with the same leather finish but a less café racer style. Inside is a complimentary horizontal stitch gilet thermal lining. The CE shoulder and elbow armour comes as standard and a foam back pad in a rear pocket, ready for the rider to upgrade to CE should it be desired. High quality YKK zips are used throughout and there is also a short connecting zip to match this jacket up with Merlin denim jeans. Note, aniline (naked) leather do not require specialist after care leather treatment
