Merlin’s Hixon leather jacket combines authentic retro styling with modern technology and production. This jacket is constructed from premium quality cow hide leather with an Aniline matt finish in black or brown. Marton Mills Tartan inner panels add to the heritage styling with a quick detach thermal liner. Safety is provided via CE armour fitted in the elbows and shoulders, and a rear pocket for a CE back protector (jacket comes fitted with a foam back pad). A mesh drop liner and multiple adjustment points mean an incredibly comfortable ride.

Alton sits alongside the Hixon, with the same leather finish but a less café racer style. Inside is a complimentary horizontal stitch gilet thermal lining. The CE shoulder and elbow armour comes as standard and a foam back pad in a rear pocket, ready for the rider to upgrade to CE should it be desired. High quality YKK zips are used throughout and there is also a short connecting zip to match this jacket up with Merlin denim jeans. Note, aniline (naked) leather do not require specialist after care leather treatment
